Dr. Michael Crabtree is a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in Psychological and Forensic Evaluations. He often consults with Courts in the counties of southwestern Pennsylvania, providing expert testimony.
He spent five years as a CYS psychologist and over 40 years as a professor at Washington & Jefferson College. Dr. Crabtree is active in the community and serves on a number of Boards for community agencies. These agencies include Gateway Rehabilitation Center, Try Again Homes, Inc., Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services/The CARE Center, Washington City Mission, and Washington County Health Partners.

Dr. Mary E. Schaffer works with adults, adolescents, children and families in individual and group settings. Dr. Schaffer is experienced with evaluations and testing for a variety of concerns.
She is an active volunteer with Give an Hour. She served as an active duty Army commissioned officer, attaining the rank of Captain. She has had articles accepted for publication in the Journal of Rural Community Psychology and the Journal of Rural Social Science.

Mary E. Schaffer Ph.D.
Matthew Tutay works with adults, adolescents, children and families using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Also employed at The Care Center, in Washington, PA, Matthew lives a faith-centered, family-oriented life; believing in regular exercise and healthy eating. He enjoys active sports such as baseball, basketball, and football. He is a regular guest speaker at Washington and Jefferson College.
